  1. Hi everyone at NBTA, I have been trading for almost 10 years on the regents canal, and the river lee in the London area as a mobile café, namely the Boston belle cafe. I have been offered a 6 month’s roving trader’s license and a renewal form is on its way to me as we speak. I’ve been offered this license because it’s said that I haven’t satisfied the canal and river trusts rules and regulations as a continuous cruiser, even though lm a business supplying refreshments, tea and coffee, cold drinks, table service for 12 customers, toilet and baby changing facilities for towpath user’s. I just don’t understand why, when lm supplying such a service, which has top ratings on my Facebook site by customer’s who have visited. Having to travel further out of London, where there’s no footfall customers on the Towpath my café business will definitely fail, after all the hard work lve put into this business, you would think that they would be pleased to have the Boston belle cafe trading in London, what do you think at NBTA headquarters, best regards Phil Atkinson, Boston belle cafe, regents canal and river Lee, London.
